I can't provide any advice other than look for clues in real world transactions numbers, fact there is a competitive tender, many updates to the markets (by implication regulators) of very positive developments, now confirmed by our African partners as well as what the Chinese have telegraphed through the NDRC.

I sincerely hope you can get through to SDL management but given the sensitive nature of the tender you may not get anything specific.
