If this falls over, and there is no deal for PDY then I cannot see how anyone will want to buy into the company with the current management/directors - they'll be the laughing stock of WA with all the press.

The only possible positive out of this for holders if it all turns sour is the capital loss to offset gains given we're nearly at year end.

If all is above board, and the deal is a goer, you'll be able to sell when you finalise that deal on the 60ft yacht.
