I always read your posts leverage and you are well respected.

Less than a week before this capital raising was announced I did contact the company and received confirmation regarding the 400bopd break even. This allowed me to crunch the numbers and conclude profitability this year. My hopes rose after two years of despair.

From this perspective, I believe the tone and content of these emails appropriate given this raising is priced at a 4 year low.
