Hi again, Vendor, I initially thought you'd left the ABU forum entirely, but you do like to post negative, or perhaps they are realistic views about ABU?

If ABU was to fall below 2.4c I thought you might make a "guest" appearance and you haven't let me down. Not that I disagree with your opinions, and you have every right to express your views.

When I stated that the market doesn't like ABU, I didn't put a time frame on it. I knew ABU was out of favour when I bought in 18 months or so ago, and the market sentiment hasn't changed.

So there is always the possibility that even when ABU does start to produce Gold, its sp might still languish for a while because it has been a stock out of favour for such a long time now.

ABU is jut one "spec" stock out of my portfolio, and I realise that it sp has more than halved because I bought a small parcel of shares when it was 6c!

You are right about people's interpretations of the charts, and I have no idea how to read the charts, so I take what people post here with caution because I have seen them predict wrongly quite often.

With ABU now 2.3c it may continue to track down further. Some may be getting out if they have a stop/loss in place, others might see it as an opportunity to buy the stock at a lower price.

Many of ABU's shareholders aren't happy about the cr, and they will be even less happy if the sp hits 2c or less?

As I said to Helmenesh, investing in stocks is a tough game for most who buy shares. ABU's performance over the last 2 years has been poor, but many other stocks have done worse, GDY, CTP (until recently), SLR etc.

I'm a follower of Bob the Miner now, if he says there's a lot of Gold in Old Pirate and that ABU will make an excellent profit, that's good enough for me! Forget the charts, the fundamentals for ABU still look good to me for the longer term, and I'm aiming for a sp of 7.5c+, and maybe even the magical 8.2c that you mention so often!

If ABU does become an unprofitable dinosaur I will apologise to you and quite happily post you a nice bottle of Scotch, but if ABU does eventually reach 7.5c+ I hope that you are willing to do the same for me. (provided that this occurs within the next 2 years from today!)

ps, the fundamentals look good, but ABU still needs to have an excellent management, an excellent board, an excellent business plan etc., to become a successful company. The qualities of the management are being questioned by many ABU shareholders at the moment.

PPS, deep down Chuk is a nice guy and he puts a lot of effort into his posts. You don't have to "play the man and not the ball", if you don't agree with his posts, just say so. This forum is much duller without his positive posts!
