No doubt that Management credibility is at an all time low, and rightly so.
Reality is what it is but as Reiner and others have pointed out, what matters now is current and future action.
DH needs to put more time into understanding the various processes and communicate REALISTIC timelines. Missing deadlines by over one year is abysmal.
He also needs to communicate on a regular basis. There is no doubt that when things were purring along, DH had a totally different attitude with respect to SH communications.
It's simple. DH can continue down this path of sub par management or he can turn it around.
No more excuses. We now have cash, a ML and a new plan. Implement it as per your presentation, communicate along the way and get back on track.
If ABU are not mining in 2014 as per the **NEW PLAN** then 2.4c will seem expensive.
