And you don't have to be a tiler or bricky, I was an aircraft electronics tech once and there comes a time when your eyes are gone and you are no longer lithe enough to crawl around electronics and radar bays.

And for those who say you should be the boss by then, the days when tradesmen were promoted off the floor to supervisory jobs are past. Thats where they put all those young educated idiots out of uni who HATE older chaps and will not employ them. If you want to work comfortably @ 70 you must be your own boss, but neither liberal or labor encourage personal enterprise, quite the opposite: They will change laws that break you without the slightest concern.

This fixation with uni for all, including the dimwits is a crock.
