I'm continuing to hold PDN because on balance I think there is more upside than downside. Yes, it's true that for the last year they have been on a painful slide down. On purely a TA perspective they are a dud. But imo PDN could jump faster than any TA trader could jump on this wagon. The cause which is most likely at the moment is the tensions created in Ukraine. Putin's rhetoric is not conciliatory and there will be more pressure on Obama to place further trade restrictions, which would likely be matched by Russia. I'm not saying this is a sure thing by any means but it's one outcome that could have a sudden affect on the spot price. More sudden and significant than a handful of reactors in Japan.
