Hi bunny12, With ur attitude towards employees, If u still have any employees working for u, they must be in a desperate situation .
The public sector isn't like it was about 40 years ago. I reckon that there ain't much different to any large private businesses.
The least productive in my opinion are employees with a young family in any organisation.
The biggest problem with the public sectors was more politically based! We weren't allowed to send private businesses broke, or force them to come back for re-work.
It wouldn't surprise me if ur are on a LOW INCOME HEALTHCARE CARD and if u aren't , ur a RARITY!
