Do you really think they are going to hang onto investment property's till death? most people I know 70+ are flogging investments and spending the money to enjoy it before they die.
That's what I mean.... Property is a piggy bank in old age for spending money & enjoyment. Without one means less likely they have that extra $$$ to enjoy. My Point taken in different expression.
