Actually , I was wondering about the refinancing of investment loans .
I can only assume the investment refinancing and non refinancing is rolled into one so it would be interesting to see how many new investment loans there are .
It would only be a guess but I reckon the percentage of refinancing in investment loans would be higher than owner occupiers given investors are always looking for a better deal .
