How wrong they are depends on what she did. If she set the fund up so that Wilson could rip the money off that's criminal. If she set the fund up simply as a routine procedure to allow Wilson to raise money for a campaign, with no knowledge he or Blewitt was going to rip it off, she's made a misjugement, for which the price was paid when she resigned from her position with the legal firm.
