By saying do the same I mean do what you want. I don't expect you to have a flatline approach to investing nor anyone else.
In the last 24 months I have moved from bear to bull back to bear and now bull again.
So please don't brand me withe the "you guys don't understand" statement.
So why have I flipped and flopped between the bear and bull enclosure?
I bought something low when the market was low. As it picked up I sold 2 properties high. Sat on the sidelines for 10 months and then found myself the next deal. Will now sell the property I bought low higher to fund the next venture.
I do not buy and hold. I add value, hold or sell and then reassess.
The house I expect to sell will have made me 2800pw tax free for the last 18months. This is not speculation, the bank valued it last week for me.
