    Well if he is investing 6.47 billion in MWI how is that going to scam PDY.Upto now there is no mention PDY has to supply any money.
    So until the agreement details are on display who cares what he has alleged to have done in the pass.The real problem we have as long as he can put the 6.47 billion in our bank for the port and rail.
    Can you find any evidence he was charged for a criminal act by the courts.
