by that definition he would be scrapping DAP, it's not a tax but it is paid with taxes
We don't know what the DAP will look like or if it will ever happen. The CO2 tax is real and about to get worse with the imposition on fuel.
On the surface the DAP sounds like the policies Bjorn Lomborg would espouse and he makes a lot of sense if you listen.
