Their previous notice showed them holding 5.02%, today's notice ticks it a fraction below 5.0%, hence they are longer a substantial holder.
Most would read the headline that they have sold out.
Maybe the rule should change that a substantial holder is anyone with more than 3%. Then this crap irrelevant.
