It's hard to imagine a capital raising or suchlike with all the negative discussion from previous capital/loan initiatives.
It's too early to say the well is a non-producer which only leaves one other option - there are significant shows of oil and once there is some certainty as to how much or flow rates the company is trying to avoid speculation by a trading halt.
But maybe that's wishful thinking.
