Z has already spent 7 million on 1st tranche with further 13 million to be spent on 2nd tranche once notarisation of mining licence has happened. A total investment of 20 million will allow them to convert that 20 million into 200 million shares at 10 cents each.
Z also wants to buy some of the G shares ie 145 million at 13 cents and already hold around 30 million shares presently.
So they will have around 375 million out of 900 million shares.
