Cc the confidentiality clause has been put in place for AGS and Heathgate to hide behind so that they don't have to tell us anything that is going on. They claim that the details of the court case are confidential, thus the reason why we are all floundering around in the dark trying to figure out what the whole thing is about. Hopefully once it goes to trial all will be revealed and they can no longer keep us in the dark. But that might just be wishfully thinking on my part!
