    Hi Gurubob...one more thing. I was looking at the shareholdings in BTV. My numbers suggest that Neil probably still (effectively) has around 14m shares and options (together) in BTV, due to his holding in TNG, which, in turn owns a large % of BTV. I could be slightly off there with that number...but the point is he retains a very significant incentive to see BTV do well.
