I cannot understand why, after chasing a rig for so long, BRU management decided to can all exploration plans. Have we invested in an exploration company or not? The new CEO would appear to be totally risk adverse....taking risks is how BRU was put on the radar in the first place. The bloating of Overhead Costs has me concerned. That said, BRU is probably a buy at current level.
