And what about the rest on Directors fees? How much has been wasted on this? Too much to even contemplate!
Why is that we need 6 directors on the board? Six snouts to feed while they sit on their ass twiddling shareholder funds away.
Amazes me that a company the size of Zamia ($4m mc) needs to have six Directors to lead a company which has been non-existent and in hibernation for the last two years at the very least. Seriously! Time to wake up board and get rid of this cumbersome make-up and right-size the company to the current climate and market cap.
Enough of destroying shareholder value, something that this current board has been renown for and should be ashamed of.
Disgrace is not even strong enough to describe my thoughts of the current composition and shareholder value erosion by the directors.
