    Once the $10million does get "finalized" the SP as it stands is pretty much fair value, WHEN you take into account the extra 122 million shares now on the register...
    So imo the debt funding is more or less factored in, as I have posted many times its now all about what they do with this cash. The ST fun is over for now. This is now a Mid - LT hold.
