You are right about my misuse of term "facts". The term I should have used there was information.
The point I was making was that people with updated information invested over $20m for 70m shares or nearly two months of normal trading at 31 cents, which was at a discount to previous trading. Yet for some reason, without significant new information, good or bad, there has been a 20% decline in value.
As you suggest, everyone who bought in at 31 cents and who has bought in since may just be on a loser, but there are other explanations about price movement that are about sentiment, which have nothing to do with longer term value.
