In my view the well cost could be north of $70 million which = $11.6 million extra cost to tpt.

I don't mind if the cost is above the $35 million farmout the company has the funds, but I am concerned that tpt is solely focus on this one well. What next if the well doesn't come in as expected.

I sure it will be come clearer over the next few week.
