Its to see whether this deal of the century for a tiny penny stock is real or not.

Noone wants to see people lose money get real...but everyone holders and non holders love to see these types of intrigues...

Then how can PDY raise the 20% or 1 BILLION dollars..

Gee is this project that good????How does a penny stock raise 1 Billion dollars in these markets...
