I honestly do not know why FAR would not do a 10 for 1 recapitalisation.
Would make them 250m shares on issue and an SP of 45cents say.
Then a placement of 30m shares at maybe 50 cents would give them $15m.
It makes sense to me as if it was the case a placement of nearly 500m shares would be detrimental to FAR and one could imagine the manipulation with 3 billion shares on issue.
Mindboggling.
