    you can see the effect of the lower prices--in QTR 1 & 2 EBITDA was $ 200m ( combined ) whereas QTR 3 looks like $ 60m, on a bigger volume

    Full year EBITDA should be $ 320m

    I value the company at 10 times EBITDA as these a very long life assets----that makes it $ 3.49 a shares, so i am a buy under $ 1.00
