Firstly, lampoil has a fancyful theory on jackup rig costs so take that with a grain of salt.

secondly,one trick pony with cash would be the correct title and an eye on picking up a bargain. perhaps even a cash purchase of JKA as they will be worth bugger all soon, not that I would consider that to be wise.
