How do you come up with that comment, do you know wether its been lodged?

It strikes me that continuous disclosure would require the ASX to release ASAP and not hold an announcement for an hour of its choosing. Logic says if its good news the company will want it out today.

I think Barnett's comments have probably damaged them but that guys been waffling about Oakajee for a decade. What happened to his super town promises? For Barnett to waffle on about a joint Mitsubishi CITIc working party on Oakajee is just unbelievable .Citic is A People Republic of China company's listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange by reverse merger in a$38 billion transaction that's the biggest ever for the Hong Stock Exchange. They don't have time to help the re-elect Colin campaign !That's 10 years away !Soo Padbury ignore Barnett ,he is damaged goods and get this announcement out !You best bet is to jump them all and get it done !...That is off coarse assuming this whole smelly mess is real.
