    Thanks for the info, both. On Micardis (telmisartan) myself for hypertension.

    Parsley at 1640! Though 100g would be pretty hard to take at one sitting... Tabouli comes to mind :)

    Also found miso / tamari are sources (also derived from fermented soy beans) Much more palatable to Western tastes than natto. Love my miso soup.
