Buru is the Operator, has the expertise on the ground and fits the type of Partner Mitsubishi favours with local and technical expertise .
So IMO it is a pretty simple scenario with no undertones , always an honourable Partner for Buru in Mitsubishi . The project has a long way to go and they are both suited , Mitsubishi for capital and infrastructure and Buru for technical and logistical expertise and being part of the local community which it has obviously been focussed on.
It's a balancing act for sure but with long term goals everyone benefits. Locals , Buru and Mitsubishi
