ASX should have an action step such as announcing the companies failure to submit the announcement with the specified time and the directors have been out on notice they are personally liable.

ASX & ASIC will be sweating bricks as this has blown up to the point were they'll be dragged into this saga if shareholders suffer losses.

My position is hedged by Slater & Gordon cause the regulators must be aware we're coming after them with a class action for sitting on their hands.
