i'd be interested to hear your definition of bubble as i have noticed you claim that a number of stocks are in bubbles and your main indicator being that the p/e ratio is too high.
So long as gem can continue to leverage the existing arbitrage that they have in acquiring childcare centres at a cheap price I will continue to hold.
The synergistic benefits of the company are also not fully taken into account which have allowed it to improve its ROE year on year.
