I accept you have your position, but 'quickly reviews' is hardly a standard worthy of any note legume. Particularly if it had already been tagged price sensitive, which is my understanding of the intent of those regs: to ensure comms to market fit within the guidelines of the listing rules (ie to ensure sigificant info is not slipped into non-price sensitive announcements).

In this case it was quickly reviewed, released and then later followed up. The standard/test is not: reviews in intricate detail...to some deep level of satisfaction.

You should also get comfortable with what the word 'may' means in legalese; it confers an option not an obligation. The ASX have not breached squat in my opinion.

You believe ASX is more culpable than PDY directors and the other dude? If you want to change the level of culpability you will need to accept increased trading prices.
