Barnett doesnt own the land the tax payers do also i guess the land as been designated industrial area and should be available to who ever can make use of it as it was set out to do.
What Barnett has the right to be bias and not look at PDY project in the best interest of the state.

What wait for 5 years to see if the chinese are going to do it or let PDY do it now.....Now only if they get the money of course.

I dont think that will be a problem and i think PDY will gain a lot of support if Barnett tries to stop it,i think he is saying that PDY will not get the money so they will not be doing it.That is my sort of understanding
