think of it this way,

a rapist who has no conscience whatsoever and feels absolutely no remorse, therefore justifies it to himself,

he would NOT think it is ok for himself to be raped,

so he would have to know its wrong while he is getting raped.

even a total sociopath would understand when HE is being wronged against.

whether he refuses his own conscience, well that's up to him.
