Get over it scotty, rising interest rates may effect a few people enough to make them sell but they will be few and far between.
considering the cost of selling and cost of renting most people will find ways to cover higher interest rates rather than sell.
The are many people with little more than their own homes.
Unlike you most people value a roof over there heads more than money in the bank.
