I value a roof over my head, its just not a priority to me that I actually own it, in fact I prefer it supplied in my contract.
As for the cost of renting, its cheap and its getting cheaper compared to house prices, and no risk, good tenants are in high demand.
You do realise a lot of big business actually lease their office and business space ... smart money chaps ... follow it.
