    Hmmm... ...

    Starstreak,

I would love to see an Asian strategic partner enter the LAT/MIG 33 equation, if that is what you are referring to in your post, hopefully a partner in China or India ( the fastest online growth market in the world) infact this is a ‘must’ for any Asian online business with top 5 leadership ambitions.

Let's not forget that the Asian ‘Online industry is still in its infancy and has humongous growth opportunities. Not sure how many of LAT holders know this, but only about 28% of the ASIAN population are online users. (Compared with the bench mark: North America 79%) (2012 statistics)

For this and other reasons, the existing online business/Social media in Asia has a far greater investment value potential at this point in time than Google, Amazon, Yahoo, Face book etc etc. had in their start up days. This is because of the sheer population numbers in Asia (4 bill+ incl. India) This region has the fastest POPULATION growth rate in the world and the fastest ONLINE user growth rates in the world!!!! a double positive whammy for any online business in ASIA.(check out the link below)

Now, if we do some basic research, we will find that, none of the existing American online conglomerates are making any significant headway in the Asian region; particularly in China because of tight political regulation (Google’s difficulties in China are a classic example).

Hence we will see the likes Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu, and perhaps Mig33 and a few other wannabe's, do very well. (there is room for many more) I’m sure.

For the benefit of existing shareholders in LAT, here is some of the latest Online user stats I could find, if some of you have more recent/up to date numbers, please post the links for the benefit of all on the LAT thread.

Here are the numbers I follow:

    Cheers Huckle

Ps. my posts are not for the benefit of those who are looking for a reason to buy this stock; rather it is for the benefit of those who are already holders. I do expect that each of you will do your research bit and post your findings for the benefit of all of us. Thanks Huckle
