    You shouldn't assume that every bull here has a property or a portfolio of investment properties with a current LVR of +80%. I'm sure some here are prudent long-termers who have bought in well before the boom and are sitting on outright ownerships and lower LVRs than 70-80%, and in allot of cases are killing the pig on current rental rates, hence their confidence and optimism.

    The ones that need to worry are those about to enter and as you rightly point out those sitting on high LVRs that bought in more recently say the last 7,8 or so years and depending on where they are and how much cap gains have been achieved.

    Some of them will have the ability to ride out a down turn and potentially acquire addition assets in the event of a major correction.
