I never stated the SP would rise or fall, nor implied any such thing.

I am in no doubt at all if the U price remained suppressed for the long term, the the industry including PEN is in strife. Short to medium term it makes no difference to PEN IMO, for the reasons stated. That is not to say the SP won't fall...or rise for that matter.
