It's a cetral point close from my warehouse from where I service and supply my clients. Kind of handy being only minuites away from my home office.

Oh and I am a 10min walk away throuh bush land to the ocean.

Don't think you can rent a place around here for under $450 for even a basic 3 x 1 so glad I own the house and don't pay rent.
