There's a bit of playing going on with TOXO.....I think the 2mio seller is a fake and is forcing people who do not want to exercise (or rather dont have the cash to exercise) to sell at less than the options are worth relative to the shares.
Each time someone sells into the bid at 10c, the bid comes back quickly......looks to me like the 2mio seller at 10.5 is actually mopping up whats left of the options, and at a decent discount to the shares.
