Sure is a lot of LNG capacity being developed and brought online - this excerpt is in regard to Canada, British Columbia and their west Coast export aspirations.

B.C. LNG Vertical integration: Adding an end user with big appetite and deep pockets. It was reported late Wednesday by the Financial Post that a subsidiary of China's CNOOC (CEO) has signed an agreement with a unit of BG Group to partner on the BG's proposed LNG terminal on Canada's West Coast. The report noted that a joint study is planned for a plant capable of exporting between 21-29 million tonnes of LNG per year. In 2013, BG filed plans with Canadian regulators for a proposed $16-billion natural gas-export terminal at Ridley Island near Prince Rupert, B.C. capable of processing up to 21.6 million tonnes annually. BG's Prince Rupert LNG was one of four projects that received approval this March from Stephen Harper's Federal government for long-term LNG export licences.

Note: CNOOC last year paid US$1.93-billion for interests in BG's Queensland Curtis LNG project.

That terminal at 21-29Mtpa is the size of all three Gladstone projects combined (I believe combined # is 25.3Mt)
