    Hi ozblue,

From the comments that I observe on CDU on this Thread, all have an understanding of the shenanigans going on within the ASX.

Readers of the "CuDeco Shareholder Research" document realise the grossness of the illegal trading and the unwillingness of both the ASX and ASIC to act positively to eliminate illegal practices in trading.

What CDU posters seem unwilling to respond to are the implications of a take-over at the current CDU share price levels. At a premium of 1.5 times, that would give a share price of around $3 - $3.50.

From the traders' viewpoint that would be a huge profit. However, for long-term CDU shareholdes it would probably represent a loss.

In my opinion, for a take-over to eventuate it would be necessary for CuDeco Management to give the Institutions and Entities objective infomation that would satisfy any Merchant Banker.

I would think that CuDeco Management would be ensuring all areas of plant development are ticked off before making disclosures that would make Rocklands vulnerable to a cheap take-over.

Sun Tzu sums up the rules which are the same for Business.

Most industrial plants have a permit system and you have to have certain permits to go to any of the segregated areas. In this regard, CuDeco workers would have probably signed a Confidentiality Agreement.

It would seem to me that CuDeco Management are being forced to act with extreme caution which is the opposite to that which should be happening. CDU shareholders therefore have to remain patient.

The root cause of this is undoubtedly the ASX, the dark pools and the entire financial and brokerage industry instead of helping small miners grow they are doing the opposite. In effect, making profits out of destruction. What's more CuDeco is not the only company involved as disclosed in the "CuDeco Shareholder Research" document.

This therefore is not an issue on how soon CuDeco can show results, but must be at a time when Rocklands production is assured of profitability for the company.

The big question for CDU shareholders is will it be sometime in 2014. I hope so.

If something positive eventuates from the Senate Inquiry into ASIC soon, it may speed up the process for CDU shareholders to enjoy their dividends.

    cheers,

    Max
