    Max,

The share price remaining low, due to lack of information and unkept timelines, makes it all the more vulnerable to a take-over.
Those interested in taking over a company get their information from a variety of sources, not just published announcements.

If Cudeco were really looking after shareholder interests, then the truth about the stockpiles would be regularly published. The reason why DSO sales did not start in Feb/March as shareholders were told would happen, should have been released to the market before the period was over.

You need to remember that if share price manipulation is a crime that you want to see some punished for, so is lack of continuous disclosure from companies.
I asked on the mine tour why we were not seeing a demonstration of the crushing of the large NCu nuggets (and why this early DSO was not currently happening). I was told it was about a week off and they wanted enough in the stockpile so the operation could run continuously. No mention at all about the crusher not working. In fact it was the opposite, it was the stockpile not ready as the only excuse.

Max, manipulation and disception happen throughout the market, no doubt. I admire your tenacity in getting to the bottom of the M+G disaster, and some-one to sit up and take notice, but that alone will do nothing about the current share price.

The share price will rise on sales and cashflow, and it might on accurate stockpiles of ore and timelines if kept. But if all the quarterly shows is more pretty pictures, promises of early sales, and a continued spend, then the price is likely to go lower. Real information is the friend of the shareholder, not those who want to take-over on the cheap.

Continuous disclosure is a rule that CDU are choosing not to follow, how is that not as bad as the manipulators?
