    I understand you were only posting the article by Tracey.

    I do have young daughters and I would not be concerned if they sat next to a man on a plane. It's a plane, not a private bedroom. Firstly the risk of being sat next to a paedophile is very low. Secondly, the risk that even if it was a paedophile, the risk that he or she would actually do something on a plane is also very low.

    I expose my kids to risk every day - driving them around, letting them climb trees, ride bikes, play football, walk home from school. Risks are part of life. The idea of demonising all men because of a very small paedophile minority is stupid and dangerous.

    I think the increased awareness of the risk of paedophiles is a good thing. But it probably does make men more careful of their behaviour, even where it is innocent. I am a single father and I coach my son's football team. In both those roles, I make sure that I do not do anything that could be misinterpreted.
