Don't forget to mark in your diaries and get your votes in by May 21st. Not voting enables the chair to direct your vote to a 'yes' vote. In essence, not voting means you will actually be voting and backing the RFE management team and the 3 measures they have set out. For the remuneration item, the question we all must ask is are they worth what they are being paid, can actually demonstrate value for shareholders and be trusted to remunerate themselves fairly. Something to think about that carefully.
Page 15 of the annual report outlines the remuneration report, fees, freebie shares etc. Makes for some interesting reading and worth reading prior to making your own judgement and if its reasonable or not.
