    I don't think there will be any other bidders. LB will be hard to take down they own 19.99% at the moment.

    I was thinking what will be the cons buying and sell to LB at 40cents.

    What happens if LB doesn't get 51% acceptance, does that mean they will not accept all my shares at 40cents?
