If we believe that this life is all that we have we can respond by saying
to hell with everybody, drink eat and be merry,for tomorrow we die.
or
we can respond by saying let us ensure that everybody should be supported in making life as meaningful and comfortable as possible for the brief period that they are around.
Each needs to make his/her own choice.

can you please name me ONE group who believes that this life is all that we have AND has this as their motto,
let us ensure that everybody should be supported in making life as meaningful and comfortable as possible for the brief period that they are around.
if you can name one, then you might have a point, but i don't think you can.
